The AI Services available on the Platform at https://kozoon.com (“Platform”) generate outputs using machine learning models. Outputs are produced on a probabilistic basis and may vary even for similar inputs.

Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or otherwise unreliable. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output.

Users should independently review and verify any information before relying on it.

AI-generated outputs do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing:

• verify the accuracy, completeness, and legality of outputs before relying on or distributing them;
• ensure that the use of AI-generated outputs complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards;

The Company is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

5. No Endorsement of Third-Party Content

AI outputs may reference, summarise, or quote third-party sources, websites, products, or individuals. Such references do not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by the Company. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or availability of any third-party content referenced in AI outputs.

6. Intellectual Property in AI Outputs

AI-generated outputs may inadvertently reproduce or resemble copyrighted or proprietary material. You are responsible for ensuring that their use of AI-generated outputs does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. We disclaim all liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from your use of AI outputs.

Subject to the foregoing, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain any intellectual property rights in original outputs generated solely on the basis of your inputs, subject to the licence granted under the Terms of Use and according to our Intellectual Property Policy.

7. High-risk and Prohibited Use

The AI Services must not be used in situations where errors could lead to significant harm, including:

• health or medical decisions;
• legal or regulatory decisions;
• financial or investment decisions;
• safety-critical systems or infrastructure.

The Company is not liable for any use of the AI Services in such contexts.

8. Content Moderation

We implement technical and operational measures to prevent the AI Services from generating content that violates applicable law, the Acceptable Use Policy, or our content standards. These measures include output filtering, input screening, and ongoing monitoring of the AI system's behaviour. Notwithstanding these measures, we cannot guarantee that all harmful, inaccurate, or inappropriate outputs will be intercepted.

Where you encounter an output that you consider to be harmful, inappropriate, or unlawful, you are strongly encouraged to report it to the Company at [email protected]. We will investigate such reports and take appropriate remedial action.

9. Conversation History and Memory

Where the AI Services include a conversation history or memory feature, you acknowledge that prior interactions stored in your account may influence subsequent AI outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and managing your stored conversation history through the account settings. We do not use stored conversation history to build individual profiles for marketing or advertising purposes.

You may delete your conversation history at any time through their account settings. Deletion requests are processed in accordance with the data retention provisions of the Privacy Policy.

10. Service Changes and Availability

The Company may update or modify the AI Services at any time, including changes to underlying models. Such changes may affect the quality, format, or availability of outputs.

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability for any loss or damage arising from the User's use of, or reliance on, AI-generated outputs is subject to the limitation of liability provisions set out in the Terms of Use. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the User's use of the AI Services.
