AML & Fraud Prevention

1. Purpose

This Statement outlines the measures implemented by Vectara Systems Ltd ("Company") to prevent fraud, abuse, and unlawful use of the Platform and AI Services.

5. Payment Protection and Chargebacks

The Company works with payment providers to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions, including unauthorised use of payment methods and chargeback abuse.

Where a transaction is disputed or reversed, the Company may:

  • review account activity and transaction history;
  • restrict access to the Platform pending investigation;
  • provide relevant information to payment providers to resolve the dispute.

6. Compliance with Applicable Laws

The Company complies with applicable laws relating to fraud prevention and financial crime.

Where required, the Company may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities in connection with investigations involving suspected unlawful activity.

7. Sanctions and Geographical Restrictions

Access to the Platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions or where required to comply with applicable sanctions laws.

The Company reserves the right to block or limit access where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
