Intellectual Property Policy

1. Ownership of Platform Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform at https://kozoon.com (“Platform”) and AI Services, including design, software, models, APIs, documentation, and all related materials (collectively, “Company IP”), belong to the Company or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Platform or Company IP to you. You are only granted limited rights to use the Platform as described below.

2. Licence Granted to Users

Subject to the User's compliance with the Terms of Use and this Policy, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own lawful purposes.

You may not:

• reproduce, copy, download, or extract any substantial part of the Platform's content, code, or data;
• modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Company IP;
• commercially exploit, distribute, sublicense, or transfer the Company IP or any access rights thereto;
• remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, trade marks, or copyright notices on or within the Platform;
• use any Company trade mark, logo, or trade name without the prior written consent of the Company.

3. Trade Marks

All Company names, logos, and branding are owned by the Company or its licensors.

You may not use them without prior written permission, including for domain names, branding, or marketing.

4. User-Generated Content

If you submit content to the Platform (including prompts, inputs, or feedback), you confirm that:

• you have the right to use and share that content;
• it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You retain ownership of your content.

However, you grant us a limited licence to use it as necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Platform, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. AI-Generated Output and Intellectual Property

Ownership and protection of AI-generated Output may vary depending on applicable law.

As between you and the Company:

• you may use the Output generated from your Input;
• we do not claim ownership of your Output;
• however, Output may not be unique and may be similar to content generated for other users.

We do not guarantee that Output is eligible for intellectual property protection.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Output does not infringe the rights of others.

6. Third-Party Intellectual Property

The Platform may incorporate or link to third-party content, software libraries, or services that are subject to separate intellectual property rights. Such materials remain subject to their own intellectual property rights and licences. You must comply with any applicable third-party terms.

7. Reporting Infringement

We respect third-party intellectual property rights. If any person believes that content available through the Platform infringes their intellectual property rights, they should submit a written notice to us at [email protected] containing the following:

• identification of the intellectual property right claimed to be infringed;
• identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform;
• the claimant's contact details, including name, address, and email;
• a statement that the claimant believes in good faith that the use is not authorised;
• a statement under penalty of law that the information in the notice is accurate and the claimant is the rights holder or authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder.

We will investigate all good-faith claims and will take appropriate action, which may include removal of the allegedly infringing content, notification to the content provider, and, where appropriate, termination of accounts that repeatedly infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Enforcement

Infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights may result in civil claims for damages, injunctive relief, and an account of profits, as well as criminal prosecution where applicable. We reserve all rights and remedies available under applicable law in respect of any infringement of its intellectual property.

9. Amendments

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
